Cuez Admin is the management portal for organizations using Storydesk and Cuez Rundown. It is where organization 'owners' (or IT administrators for example) set up the organizational structure, manage users, and configure product features. Journalists and producers can use it to open the Storydesk and Rundown projects they were invited to.
What you can do in Cuez Admin
Cuez Admin gives organization owners and administrators access to the following, depending on their role:
Create and manage the organizational hierarchy: groups, sub-groups, and workspaces
Invite members and manage their roles
Configure news feeds (Belga, Reuters, AP, RSS) per group
Set up media libraries and assign them to groups
Configure AI models for Storydesk's writing and summarization features
Connect social media accounts for publishing from Storydesk
Manage API keys for external integrations
Configure web publishing destinations
Manage Cuez Automator instances per group
Manage block repositories for Cuez Rundown
Who Cuez Admin is for
Cuez Admin is designed for organization owners (or IT administrators) who are setting up or maintaining the platform for their organization.
Regular users (journalists, reporters, producers,...) work in Cuez Rundown and Storydesk, and can open their projects from Cuez Admin.
How Cuez Admin fits into the Cuez product family
Multiple products work together as distinct layers:
Cuez Admin - the management layer. Controls who can access what, and how each product is configured.
Storydesk - the story creation and planning layer. Where journalists research, write, and schedule content.
Cuez Rundown - the production layer. Where producers build rundown episodes: scripts, presenter text, media, camera shots, lower thirds, and more.
Blockz - the block creation layer. Where teams build reusable, structured content blocks for use in rundown episodes.
Cuez Automator - the automation layer. Reads episode/rundown content from Cuez Rundown or other NRCS, and controls connected devices during the (live) show.
Cuez Admin, Storydesk, Rundown and Blockz share the same organizational hierarchy, which is managed through Cuez Admin. Changes made in Cuez Admin (adding a member, configuring a feed, assigning a media library) are reflected across Storydesk and Cuez Rundown automatically.
